Do I need to be using a training plan to use the Revive Your Running program?

No. It doesn’t matter if you’re using a training plan or not; all that matters is that you do record the runs you do and then review the log book in order to gain the insights described.

How long is the log book and do I have to fill it completely?

The print log book covers 16 weeks, which is enough space to log four months worth of training. This amount of time is more than ample to gain the insights you need about how stress is affecting you. However, since you also receive a digital (Downloadable PDF) of the training log as well with your purchase, you can print out additional weeks worth of the training log to use continuously.

What if I have questions about how to interpret my training log trends?

If you have questions, you can email for support and receive some guidance in interpreting your training log trends.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days within which to request a partial refund (50% of the purchase price), and you can keep the training log book.

Can the training log be mailed to me outside the U.S.?
