Level I Retreats

If you can run at least 4 – 5 miles but have no trail running experience, these retreats are right for you. Learn the essentials of what you need to know to safely run off road running five to 8 miles a day. Receive the coaching you need to elevate your running.

Level II Retreats

Take your running fitness off roads with these retreats designed to refine your trail running skills. These runs, ranging from 6 to 10 miles, offer just the right amount of difficulty to engage your body and mind, with great scenic rewards.

Level III Retreats

For those with trail running experience, these retreats will exhilarate and challenge you. Runs range from 7 to 11 miles on superb though challenging singletrack trails with long uphills and steep descents.
