Connect Deeper With Yourself

We've sought out some very special destinations in Asia for our newest running and wellness retreats for women because of the access they offer to beautiful natural landscapes and commitment to wellness and spirituality.

Join us as we experience Nepal, Bhutan and Vietnam from a runner's perspective. Whether you want to run a lot and soak up as much Himalayan scenery as possible, or prefer a slower, more intentional style of travel, one that leaves you plenty of time for mindful movement, spa, relaxation or non-running activities like paddling on a lake or visiting a Buddhist monastery, we have a retreat for you!

Spirit Sanctuary

Bhutan

High up in Neyphu Valley, against a backdrop of rugged cliff and pine trees, there is the Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary. As the name suggests, this unique retreat offers true escape from a frantic world, a place from which to discover Bhutan in all its unique and unspoiled glory.

Inspired by traditional dzong architecture, the hotel takes on the appearance of a mountain fortress from a bygone time. Enter the grand front door into a peaceful inner courtyard. The rooms all share the hotel’s minimalist style, as does the impressive restaurant, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping stone terrace. And to top it all off? The spa. Soak in the infinity pool, wind down with yoga, or indulge in traditional Bhutanese treatments that draw on the healing power of 100 natural herbs.
