Choose Your Run Level

We're pleased to offer two version of the Moab Mindful Running Retreat, a Level I for low-mileage runners or those who run-walk, or a Level II retreat for those who are comfortable running 8 miles or more.

Some of the runs for both retreat types are on the same trail (but at different paces), while some of the runs are on entirely different trails. Either way, however, you'll get all the views and scenery you could possibly hope to see during your time in Moab! If you're unsure which level to choose, reach out to one of our retreat travel specialists who will be happy to help you pick the one best suited to your fitness level.
