Since so many of you have been asking us for ideas and recommendations about what else you can do in the retreat destination or wanted us to help plan your travel to and from there, that we are pleased to now offer the new Concierge Travel Planning Service.
Our professional travel planners can help you extend your stay in the retreat destination and customize your retreat package to suit your needs and interests. We can book such services as private driver airport meet and greet, pre- and post-retreat hotel nights, private or group tours and activities. We've even planned week-long vacations for retreat guests traveling with their families!

How it Works
Add to Your Package
After booking your retreat package, you have the option to add the Concierge Travel Planning Service to your invoice. The $195 deposit will be applied toward the total cost of any services (such as hotel, transportation) we book on your behalf. The deposit is non-refundable.

Tell our travel planners what you’re looking for. Some suggestions: Additional nights at the retreat hotel, private airport transfers, Wellness activities, Adventure Tours, Sightseeing Tours and more! Save time and hassle researching the options and trying to work out to align extra activities with the retreat schedule; we take care of that for you!
We Confirm Bookings
After receiving your final itinerary and service quote, you approve the final package and pricing. Once we receive payment, we will confirm you bookings and add the travel details to your personalized retreat itinerary. This way, all your travel details and documents are in one place, creating a seamless travel experience for you.
