Our Level 1 Moab Mindful Running Retreat is ideal for women who have never run trails before and/or are new to running and want to establish a healthy, consistent running routine.
At this retreat, you don’t have to worry about being left behind, being the slowest one or, not even knowing the difference between road running shoes and trail shoes. We send you all the information you need to be completely prepared and comfortable leading up to and during the retreat.
