A: If you purchase the Refundable Booking option, you will be eligible for a 100% refund if you can no longer attend a retreat and can evidence one of the many reasons included, such as COVID-19 infection, isolation, family illness, sickness, home emergency, change of examination dates and adverse weather. Q: How is this different from travel insurance?

A: Travel insurance will typically only cover cancellation if you purchase the “Cancel for Any Reason” additional rider within 14 – 21 days (depending on the provider) of paying your trip deposit. And the list of covered reasons for cancellation is limited. For example, most travel insurance policies won’t cover cancellation due to Covid-19, whereas Covid-19 is covered when you choose a Refundable Booking.

Q. Do I still need travel insurance if I choose a Refundable Booking?

A: Yes, we do require travel insurance for your protection during international retreats, whereas Refundable Booking is protecting you from risk of loss before the retreat begins. Travel insurance is important for medical expenses, trip interruption, lost luggage and other situations can can occur during travel. Q: Can I change to a Refundable Booking after I have paid my deposit?

A: No, the Refundable Booking option can only be selected prior to paying your deposit for your retreat.

Q: What if I want to change from a Refundable to Non-Refundable booking immediately after paying my deposit?

A. You have 14 days after the date of purchase to notify us if you want to change from a Refundable Booking to Non-Refundable Booking. We can refund you the amount you paid for the Refundable Booking surcharge if you notify us before the 14 days has passed.

Q: Can I purchase the Refundable Booking option for only part of my retreat?

A: No, the Refundable Booking option must be applied to the entire retreat booking including Add-Ons.

Q: Do I have to pay the entire Refundable Booking fee upfront?

A: No, you will only pay the fee on the amount of the installment you are paying at the time.

Q: How do I request a refund if I have purchased the Refundable Booking option?

A: All refunds for cancelled or rescheduled retreat are managed by Run Wild Retreats. Details will be communicated directly to you if a retreat is cancelled or rescheduled. You do not need to request a refund on your Refundable Booking if your retreat is cancelled or rescheduled.
